The Starting Figures

Consultation and Candidacy Evaluation

Starts at $250, credited toward your program if you move forward. This is a full diagnostic visit rather than a sales appointment. It includes comprehensive refraction, corneal health examination, tear film assessment, corneal topography, baseline axial length for every child and teen being evaluated for myopia control, and a written candidacy answer with the reasoning explained.

You also leave with a complete written investment summary: the full cost of your specific program, what it covers, and what it does not. If the answer is that you are not a candidate, you have bought a real evaluation and a clear explanation rather than a fitting that was never going to work. The Complete Ortho-K Program

Starts at $1,800. This is the main pathway for most patients, and it is priced as one system because that is what it is. It absorbs the consultation, corneal topography and mapping, custom Invisalens design for each eye calculated from your own topography, both lenses in high oxygen gas permeable material, insertion and removal training until handling is independent, a starter care kit, the first month of follow-up visits, and direct support during adaptation.

The follow-up inclusion matters more than it looks. The next morning check, the one week visit, and the one month assessment are where designs get refined and early problems get caught. For adults specifically, the program covers the same pathway with a lifestyle focused assessment and a follow-up window extending through the first ninety days. The Myopia Control Program

Ongoing annual investment starts at $1,200 after the initial fitting. This is not simply Ortho-K for a smaller face. The clinical work is different, because the goal is not only clear vision but measurably slower eye growth, and that requires measurement rather than reassurance.

• Baseline and scheduled axial length measurement, which is the number that actually tracks progression
• Pediatric lens design revisited as the child grows
• A dedicated parent education session on what progression means and what the numbers show
• Structured progress visits at one week, one month, three months, six months, and annually
• Written progress reporting with axial length charted against expected growth
• Plan adjustment when the data indicates, rather than waiting a year to react
• Practical guidance for school demands, sports seasons, travel, and sleepovers

Year-One Continuity

This option bundles the complete initial system with every recommended follow-up visit for twelve months: next morning, one week, one month, three months, six months, and the annual reassessment. It also covers parameter refinements during the first year when topography indicates the design should change, ongoing care guidance, and a full annual review with updated measurements.

It generally costs less than paying for the same visits individually across the year, and it removes the small friction that stops people booking a check they are not sure they need. The figure is quoted alongside your program figure so you can compare the two directly before deciding. Lost lens replacement remains separate, though a backup set can be added.

How We Arrive at Your Number

   Measure first

   Refraction, corneal health, tear film, topography, and for children axial length. Nothing is priced before this, because pricing a fitting without a corneal map is guesswork.

   Establish candidacy

   A direct yes, no, or conditional answer. If the answer is no, pricing stops here and you are not sold anything.

   Determine design complexity

   Spherical or toric, standard or complex corneal shape, one eye or two, and how much design iteration your topography is likely to need.

   Select the program

   Adult pathway, pediatric myopia control pathway, or the initial system with year-one continuity bundled.

   Put it in writing

   A written summary listing the figure, everything it covers, and everything it does not, before you are asked to decide anything.

What Is Quoted Separately

• Replacement lenses after the warranty window. Lost or damaged lenses outside initial coverage.
• Backup or travel lenses. A second set for travel or emergencies.
• Annual lens replacement. Lenses are typically replaced yearly as prescriptions and corneas change.
• Ongoing care solutions. Cleaning and storage supplies once the starter kit is used.
• Follow-up beyond the covered window. Available as continuity or per visit.
• Combination myopia therapies. Low dose atropine or other adjuncts where clinically indicated.

Every one of these appears as an exclusion on your written estimate. Nothing on this list should ever reach you as a surprise, and if it does, that is our failure rather than fine print doing its job.
