• No doctor-patient relationship is created by visiting this site, reading any page, submitting the consultation request form, or emailing us. That relationship begins only when you attend an appointment and are formally accepted as a patient of the practice.
• Candidacy cannot be determined online. Whether Ortho-K suits your eyes depends on corneal topography, refraction, tear film, and corneal health, none of which a website can assess. Educational tools on this site, including the candidacy self-check, are explicitly not diagnostic.
• Results vary. Most patients achieve functional distance vision without correction, but outcomes depend on prescription, corneal shape, tear film, and consistency of wear. Some patients retain a residual prescription. Some are not candidates at all.
• No guarantee of a specific outcome is made anywhere on this site, and no member of the practice is authorized to make one. Any statement you may see elsewhere promising a particular acuity should be treated with scepticism.
• Always consult a qualified eye care professional before making a decision about your vision or your child's vision.

Information You Send Us

The consultation request form collects only your name, email address, phone number, city, and preferred appointment time. Please do not send medical detail through the form or by email. Neither is a secure channel for protected health information, and neither is monitored continuously.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment, and we may decline to accept a new patient where that is the appropriate clinical or practical decision. How website submissions are handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Pricing Shown on This Site

Figures published on this site are starting figures, not quotes. A complete Ortho-K program starts at $1,800, an ongoing annual myopia control program starts at $1,200, and a candidacy consultation starts at $250, credited toward your program if you proceed.

What you actually pay depends on your prescription, your corneal complexity, and the program that suits you, and you receive your exact figure in writing before you commit to anything. Published figures may change, and a figure shown on a page is not a binding offer. Nothing on this site is a statement about what your insurance will or will not cover.
