Advertising Claims

This site describes orthokeratology in general terms, based on published clinical literature and on the practice's own clinical experience. Descriptive statements about how the treatment works, what a typical timeline looks like, and what patients commonly experience are general statements about a treatment, not predictions about you.

• No outcome is guaranteed. No page on this site promises 20/20 vision, a specific acuity, freedom from glasses in all circumstances, or a specific reduction in myopia progression.
• Typical is not universal. Where a page says most patients experience something, that is a description of the common case. Individual experience differs.
• Comparisons are written to inform. Where we compare Ortho-K with LASIK, soft contacts, or atropine, we state where the alternative is the better option. Those statements are genuine, not rhetorical.
• Educational, not diagnostic. No tool or checklist on this site assesses your eyes. Candidacy requires an examination. See the Terms of Service for the full medical disclaimer.
• No paid endorsements. We do not pay for reviews, testimonials, or third-party recommendations, and we do not receive payment for referring patients elsewhere.

Results Vary

Orthokeratology outcomes depend on your starting prescription, the shape and health of your cornea, the quality of your tear film, how many hours you sleep, and how consistently you wear and care for the lenses. Those variables differ from person to person and some of them are not knowable until treatment begins.

• Some patients retain a residual prescription after treatment stabilizes, which may be negligible or may mean occasional glasses for night driving.
• Some patients are not candidates. Very high myopia, irregular astigmatism, corneal ectasias, severe dry eye, and certain corneal conditions can rule Ortho-K out.
• Myopia control slows progression on average. It does not stop it, effect size varies between children, and some children continue to progress despite good compliance.
• Any patient experience described on this site is one person's experience and does not predict yours.

Pricing Disclosure

Every figure published on this site is a starting figure. A complete Ortho-K program starts at $1,800. An ongoing annual myopia control program starts at $1,200. A candidacy consultation starts at $250 and is credited toward your program if you proceed.

Starting at means exactly that: the lowest figure at which that service is offered, applicable to a straightforward case. Your figure depends on your prescription and corneal complexity, and you receive your exact figure in writing before you commit to anything. Published figures may change over time, and a figure shown on a page is not a binding offer or a quote. Nothing on this site is a statement about what your insurance will cover.

The Invisalens Trademark

Invisalens is a trademark of this practice, used to describe our overnight orthokeratology system. It refers to how the treatment is delivered here: topography-guided lens design for each eye independently, high-oxygen gas-permeable material, handling training that must be demonstrated before lenses go home, and a defined follow-up schedule.

Invisalens is not a separate technology with different physics from standard orthokeratology, and we do not claim it is. It is a name for a protocol. Any other trademarks or product names appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively, without any claim of affiliation or endorsement.

Relationship to Arizona's Vision Eye Care Center

Better Sight Overnight is the specialty orthokeratology brand of Arizona's Vision Eye Care Center, which is the parent practice. This is a brand and service focus, not a separate independent clinic operating at a different location. Care is delivered at 15215 S 48th St Ste 180, Phoenix, AZ 85044, by Dr. Mark Page and the practice team.

Practically, that means administrative functions such as scheduling, records, and billing are handled within the parent practice, and staff of the parent practice may handle your enquiry in the ordinary course of arranging care. How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Review Rating Disclosure

Where this site shows an aggregate review rating, that rating reflects reviews of Arizona's Vision Eye Care Center, the parent practice, across its full range of eye care services. It is not a separate rating for Better Sight Overnight or for orthokeratology specifically.
