How We Ask for Reviews

1. 1We ask after the result is known. Usually once treatment has stabilized and a patient can actually assess it, not at the point of payment.
2. 2We ask everyone, not selected patients. Filtering the request to people who seem happy is how a fake five star average gets built.
3. 3No incentives. No discount, no entry into anything, no free product in exchange for a review.
4. 4No drafting. We do not suggest wording or send a template. A review written by the practice is not a review.
5. 5Complaints go to us first, and also stay public. We would rather fix a problem, but we will not ask anyone to take down an honest review.
